Veronica Gonzalez Peña is a Mexican born writer and filmmaker. She’s the author of twin time: or how death befell me,  winner of the Aztlán Literary Prize; the novel The Sad Passion; and  a book on the Mexican drug war, So Far From God, all published by semiotext(e). Her widely available documentary film Pat Steir: Artist has been called intimate and revelatory. Veronica’s latest book, Notes on Disappearing: a Life in Fragments is forthcoming from semiotext(e) next year.

 

Tyler Coburn is an artist, writer, and teacher based in New York. He has presented work at such venues as Centre Pompidou, Paris; Bergen Kunsthall; Hayward Gallery, London; Para Site, Hong Kong; and Kunstverein Munich. Coburn is the author of four books including Richard Roe (2019) and Solitary (2022), both published by Sternberg Press. His writing has appeared in e-flux journal, ArtReview, Frieze, Mousse, and Rhizome.
